Understand that:
(1) humans are able to shape and believe in stories that allow them to collaborate on a large scale (money, religion, business, etc.).
(2) These stories influence our individual and collective thoughts, choices and behaviors.
(3) Unfortunately, some of the dominant stories are incompatible with current social and ecological challenges (unlimited growth, widespread competition, etc.).
(4) It is not an inevitability and new narratives can give rise to new norms and behaviors....
PART 2*: THE STORY (1h30)
Mobilize the collective intelligence of your teams to imagine a new organizational horizon and the steps needed to achieve it.
This will help them outline a new inspirational narrative, so that they can project themselves into a more sustainable, realistic and desirable organizational future.
